PREREQUISITE: To attend this workshop, you must have taken a live WHM Fundamentals course given by Wim or a WHM Certified Instructor or completed a WHM online course.

In this advanced workshop, you will upgrade your WHM practice by learning the advanced WHM breathing technique, training different and varied ice bath stimulus, and developing the power of your mind with exercises in internal focus. We will dive deeper into the science and physiology of the method, along with the research studies on Wim and the method.

Your experience will include both light lecture and hands-on training to upgrade your current WHM practice. It will also be a great chance to come back together and do some breathing sessions together in a group which is always a powerful experience.

Schedule:

Session 1: 1:00pm - 3:30pm - Breathing

Snack Break 3:30pm - 4:00pm (Snack Break)

Session 2: 4:00pm - 6:00pm - Mindset/Focus & Cold Exposure

*If you are pregnant or have epilepsy you cannot practice the method. If you have any major heart/health conditions please consult a physician before practicing the method.

*This is a full sensory experience so please refrain from wearing any perfumes/colognes, essential oils, or scented skin care products.

*Wim Hof himself will not be present at this workshop.
