About this event
Wild Roots Revival
The Fall Equinox is a fortuitous time to harness the energy of balance, reciprocity, and gratitude for the land. Join us Saturday for an evening of deep community and inner exploration. On Sunday we will ground down our experience by hiking together in the surrounding wilderness.
- Renew the body with mindful movement
- Awaken your soul with mantra
- Silence the mind with a sound bath
- Nourish the gut with seasonal meal
- Connect with the beauty of nature
Norwood is the nexus point of avid adventure seekers and homesteaders. The idyllic, pastoral landscape beckons a unique sense of love for the land. Wild Roots Revival is dedicated to awakening the connection between community and nature.
Wild Roots Revival is the next progression of the Norwood Healing Arts Festival. The festival began in 2023 as a way to build up a wellness community in our rural area. We believe in supporting the health, creativity and wellbeing of our local community.

Walking with the Wild Within

Through intentional movement, breathwork, mantra, and gentle reflection, we’ll explore how nature can awaken and revive the wild within us.
This guided experience offers a chance to cultivate presence, gratitude, and a renewed sense of wonder—while tuning in to the beauty, both vast and subtle, that the wilderness so generously provides.
Meeting at the Busted Arm Trailhead at 8:30 AM to begin hiking at 9. Hike will be approximately 2 hours.
