Wild Raven Breathwork
Overview
Come join us for a transformative experience with Wild Raven Breathwork!
This small-group in-person event will take you on a journey of self-discovery and healing through the power of breath. As a certified and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I will guide you through various breathing patterns designed to help you release stress, expand your awareness, and connect deeply with your body.
Intentionally kept to an intimately-sized group, this allows me to be more intentional and guide you to a deeper level of clarity and awareness.
No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and willingness to choose in.
A session would look a little something like this:
- gentle movement to loosen up your bod/mind
- getting comfy
- listening to music whilst I talk you through a guided session
- following a pattern of breathing that I'll walk you through
- feeling some feels
- emoting some emotions
- a short, relaxing, guided meditation
- time and space to just "be"
- room to journal about what came up for you
- a new, refreshed take on the moment
- guidance on integration going forward
Sessions look a little different every time, and are experienced a little differently by every individual.
There is no "right" way to experience breathwork, whatever way it shows up for you is the correct one.
