The Wiki Loves Pride Edit-a-thon NYC with the Black Lunch Table will be held Thursday June 22, 2017 at the Museum of Modern Art.

Themes for this event include art related to HIV/AIDS activism and on LGBTQ visual artists, art and art workers of the African Diaspora as part of the Black Lunch Table project and supported by Wiki NYC.

All are invited, with no specialized knowledge of the subject or Wikipedia editing experience required. A training session will be held at the beginning, but help is available throughout the event. Please bring your laptop and power cord; we will provide research resources, WiFi, snacks and a list of suggested topics.

Admission to the edit-a-thon is free.

The Black Lunch Table (BLT) is an ongoing collaboration between artists Jina Valentine (Fishantena (talk)) and Heather Hart (Heathart (talk)) which intends to fill holes in the documentation of contemporary art history.
