Why the $255.99 price?

This will ensure that the price ends up being a flat $275. Eventbrite charges $19.01 in ticketing fees. Please note, this is not sales tax.

How do I register for sessions?

There is no registration for sessions during the regular conference.  There is also no registration for the special ed and state reporting user group sessions.  Registration is required only for the conference itself and for post-conference sessions other than user group sessions.

How do I register for post-conference sessions?

Accepted Answer

You will register for post-conference sessions separately, as that is handled through CESA #5.  Registration links are found in the session grid.

What's the refund policy?

After the cancellation deadline of November 1, no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place at no charge.

What are the session times for the post-conference sessions?

When are the user group sessions?

The special ed user group is Monday morning beginning at 8:30.  The state reporting user group is Monday morning beginning at 10:30.  There is no charge to attend.  You may register through CESA 5.  Links are found in the session grid.

What is on the menu?

Accepted Answer

Monday afternoon: snack - soda, nachos; Tuesday breakfast: French toast, eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, muffins, pastries, fruit; Tuesday lunch: oven roasted chicken, beef stroganoff, salad, vegetables; Tuesday snack: soda, peanuts, popcorn, Hershey bars, soft pretzel w/cheese and mustard

Can I bring in my own food/drink to the event space?

Accepted Answer

Guests may not bring food or beverages into banquet areas. The Wilderness
Territory reserves the right to cease functions without refund if food or beverages are brought in from the outside. No food or beverages can be removed from the function space after the event.
