About this event
- Event lasts 1 hour
You’re smart. You’re thoughtful. You’ve done the journaling, the podcast listening, maybe even the therapy.
And yet… your mind still won’t quit.
You replay every conversation. You second-guess every decision. You struggle to rest because your thoughts won’t let you.
If that sounds familiar, this webinar is for you.
This is not another fluffy wellness talk. It’s not a lecture on “mindset” or a vibe-only circle with no real tools.
This is a practical, honest, and culturally grounded conversation about why overthinking and spiraling thoughts happen, especially in women of color, and what to do when anxiety keeps hijacking your peace.
In this 60-minute webinar, you’ll learn:
✅ What overthinking actually is (and why it’s not your fault)✅ Why your brain clings to spirals, worst-case scenarios, and “what ifs”✅ How trauma, identity, and pressure to be the “strong one” fuel mental burnout✅ A step-by-step method to calm your thoughts without pretending you're fine✅ A daily practice you can use in real life, even when you’re tired or triggered
You’ll walk away with:
- Access to the CALM Method™, designed by a licensed therapist
- A soft space to feel seen, not judged
- A clear next step if you’re ready to build self-trust and stop spiraling
This webinar is for you if:
- You constantly second-guess yourself
- You feel like your brain never turns off
- You’re always mentally preparing for something to go wrong
- You look “high-functioning” on the outside but feel anxious on the inside
