Do you find yourself in the same arguments over and over again — at work, with friends, or in your relationship? Do you often wonder why the same things happen to you again and again? Do you feel helpless, frustrated, or resentful in your relationships?
This workshop might be for you if you:
- End up with the same kind of people and dynamics who emotionally drain you
- Feel like you’re always the one fixing other people and neglecting yourself
- Often feel unseen, misunderstood, or alone in your emotional world
- Struggle to set boundaries without guilt
- Are tired of repeating the same emotional loops and want to understand why
In this 90-minute live workshop, we’ll gently uncover:
- The unconscious roles we play that get in the way of healthy relationships (fixer, helpless, protector)
- How these patterns are formed and how they keep us stuck
- Building courage to take responsibility for ourselves even when it's hard
- How to build more peaceful, authentic, and compassionate relationships, starting with yourself.
This is not just a self-help talk. This is a space to reflect deeply, with care, curiosity, and non-judgment, and walk away with insight that can start to change how you show up in the world.
No previous experience with therapy or self-work is needed. Just your openness and willingness to reflect.
You’ll leave with new language for your inner world, and maybe a little more kindness toward yourself too.
