“Why is it difficult to predict technological change and what should be done about it?”

Join Professor Christopher L. Magee (MIT) for a fireside dialogue on how technologies actually advance—and what that means for innovators today. Prof. Magee will share insights from his research on the pace of technological progress and discuss how manufacturing capability, standout companies and individuals, products, and scientific breakthroughs drive change. Moderated by Professor Jianxi Luo (City University of Hong Kong), with ample time for audience Q&A.
