Why Leadership, Why Me? On-Demand

In this session, Arkansas Leadership Academy Director, Dr. Kerri White, introduces Spark! the brand-new bi-weekly virtual community of practice . Dr. White outlines the process, environment, and how educators can participate in this lean-in, lean-out learning opportunity. In addition, Dondi Frisinger will lead a brief presentation on her path to leadership and finding your own why while connecting passion in order to become an effective leader.

Learning Intentions:

• Participants will have a deeper understanding of the relationship between knowing your WHY and being an effective instructional leader.
• Participants will have an improved ability to apply knowledge to a problem of practice.
• Participants will have improved networking for collaborative problem-solving.
