The Relationship between management behaviour and performance – Why Businesses Succeed and Fail

This is a very practical and interactive Masterclass where the presenter Sean Kelly will take you through various examples and case studies of clients he has worked with over the years to demonstrate the fundamental relationship between leadership style and business performance. Attendees will be actively involved.

"Businesses don’t fail, people fail and it is their decisions that determines

organisational sustainability."

The characteristics of successful organisations and their leaders will be discussed as will those that have been less successful. This masterclass addresses day to day issues that all businesses face, large or small and what they by necessity need to do to remain relevant and sustainable. The session also highlights the need that business leaders have for coaches’, mentors and advisers and why so many successful people utilise them.

Sean Kelly, MBA has run his own business for many years and had over twenty years’ experience working with numerous clients in a coaching and consulting capacity. He has successfully worked with SMEs and Corporates across a range of sectors and professions, and has extensive experience working in the UK, Australia, NZ, and Southern Africa. He has many years of experience in the practical implications of the impact of behaviour within the workplace.

Sean has run his own consulting practice for many years and has presented to many business groups and invited to give talks to Master students at universities. Sean is presently a GAINS coach and was also previously extensively involved in the Growth Accelerator Programme.

Sectors and clients Sean has worked with are many and varied and include amongst others: shipping, construction, food manufacturing and retail, printing, legal, accounting, councils, consultants, energy, research, insurance, IT, Security systems, optical etc.
