SisterCircle: Wholeness in Every Season is a soft, restorative space rooted in Black women’s wellness and community care. Together, we will gently explore how to care for our bodies, hearts, and spirits across every stage of womanhood.

Nurse practitioners will share wisdom on hormonal health and menopause, CWC wellness practitioners will guide you through emotional well-being practices, and lifestyle rituals as sacred tools for self-preservation.

This is not just a workshop, it is a sanctuary. A place to breathe, be held in sisterhood, and be reminded that rest, softness, and tending to ourselves is a birthright.
