With guided journaling, group reflection, and somatic awareness practices, we’ll help you find your footing in this messy, beautiful in-between. It’s not about having the answers—it’s about getting curious and staying connected.

She specializes in helping women over 40 navigate identity shifts, burnout, and healing with humor, cultural awareness, and real-talk strategies. As the creator of The Grown Woman’s Guide journal series and a fierce advocate for joy and liberation, Dr. Crabb brings soulful energy to every session she leads.
