This gathering is for anyone who’s been laid off, fears being laid off, or is just emotionally exhausted from the uncertainty of constant change. If you're asking, "Who am I now?" or "What do I do next?", you're in the right place.

What can I expect during the session?

Accepted Answer

A gentle yet direct 60-minute experience with guided reflections, journaling prompts, optional small-group conversations, and space to breathe. You'll leave with practical tools and at least one written insight from your own inner voice.

Question 3

Do I have to talk or be on camera?

Accepted Answer

Nope. You are welcome however you arrive—camera on or off, chat-only or silent observer. There will be opportunities to share, but no pressure. Your presence is enough.

Will there be a recording for replay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everyone who registers will receive access to the replay. However, it will not include breakout discussions.

What is the Dragon Playbook Starter Kit?

No. This is a coaching-based reflection and reconnection session. It’s designed to support self-awareness, clarity, and forward movement—but it’s not a substitute for mental health care.

You’re still welcome. The themes we’ll explore—identity, fear, self-worth, and becoming—are human. If it speaks to you, come.

What if I don’t know what my dragon is yet?
