Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given. Refunds will only be given if a respective concert is canceled, will not be rescheduled, and the band(s) does not perform at least half of their musical set.

What should I bring?

You’re highly encouraged to bring foldable chairs, picnic blankets, etc. with you. Picnics and outside food are permitted, but no outside alcohol per ABC regulations. Personal canopy tents are not permitted.

Concerts are held rain or shine. Personal canopy tents are not permitted.  Day of concert updates will be given on the official Tarara Summer Concert Series Facebook page (www.facebook.com/tararaconcerts).

Where can I park?

General Parking is located on the main road leading to the winery. Watch for signs as you enter the property. Concert parking is located on the left after entering the property.

Is handicapped parking available?

Yes, handicapped parking is available. Watch for signs as you enter the property. The main road will end in a “T” at the white farmhouse. Turn right and follow signs around the lake.

Yes, portable toilets will be provided.

Is food available for purchase?

Yes, food is available for purchase. There will be a rotation of food trucks throughout the season. Please note that the advertised food trucks may change at the last minute without notice.

You are welcome to bring food to the concerts; however, no outside alcohol is permitted per ABC regulations.

Is outside alcohol permitted?

Accepted Answer

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited at Tarara per ABC regulations. All coolers and bags, including purses and diaper bags, are inspected by staff and/or security. You must remove the alcohol or it will be confiscated. However, wine, beer, seltzer, and cider are available for purchase.

Are there activities for children at the concerts?

Although children are welcome at the concerts, there are no official activities. For safety reasons, children attending the concerts must be closely supervised by an adult at all times and be wearing shoes at all times.

Is smoking or vaping permitted at Tarara?

Accepted Answer

The concerts are located at an outdoor venue; therefore, smoking and vaping are permitted in designated areas only. Watch for signage at the concerts. Smoking and Vaping will not be allowed outside of the designated area.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the concert venue. If you have a service dog, then the animal must be leashed at all times.

What transportation options are available if I don't want to drive?​

Road Yachts offers Custom Tours for a party of 2 to Corporate Groups of 60 or more. Road Yachts fleet includes everything from limos to small and large buses. Call (703) 737-3011 for a quote. Please note that Uber and Lyft will drop-off, but most will not pickup. Please plan accordingly.

Are party buses allowed?​

Yes, party buses and tour buses are permitted. We have more than enough parking for personal vehicles, buses, executive vehicles, and even canoes and paddle boards.

Are reusable water containers allowed?

Accepted Answer

Reusable water bottles must be empty. If your reusable water bottle has a liquid in it at either of the cooler/bag check points, then you will be required to empty the contents prior to entering the concert venue.
