This year, Beer Bazaar is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Grayslake Area Chamber of Commerce with a very special whiskey release! We partnered with Whiskey Acres Distilling (Dekalb, Illinois) to create a one-of-a-kind Bourbon, meticulously finished in Jamaican Rum barrels and aged on Amburana staves. Anticipate delightful notes of banana and cinnamon bark in this warming spirit, perfect for the coming winter months.

Bottles of this exclusive Chamber’s 75th Bourbon will be available for purchase at Beer Bazaar for $75 (plus tax). A portion of each sale ($5) will be donated to the Chamber’s Small Business Grant, supporting struggling Chamber members.

Throughout the weekend, participating Chamber member restaurants and bars in Grayslake, including The Vine, Beer Bazaar, Black Lung Brewing, Emil’s, First Draft, Charlie’s, and 129 Center Cut, will feature unique cocktails crafted to highlight this exceptional whiskey. While the cocktail will be available starting with the Festival of Lights & Holiday Market, bottles can only be picked up from Beer Bazaar on Saturday, November 29th.
