If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the session out of respect for the flow of the class and other guests. No refunds will be given for late arrivals.

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate allergies as we work in a space where common allergens like dairy, eggs, gluten, and nuts may be present.

To keep the space cozy and safe, everyone entering must have a paid ticket and no exceptions. This includes plus ones, children, and pets. Thank you for understanding!

Restrooms are reserved for staff only, so we recommend planning ahead before arriving.

Yes! Select merch will be available for purchase after the workshop.

You’re welcome to take pictures or record short clips for personal use or social media. If you need to take a call, please step outside to avoid disrupting the experience for others.
