Overview

Creating A Vision for Better Health for Black Identifying Women and Girls by 2035

It has been a challenging season. We know, we feel it as well.

Each season we experience a moment at the crossroads, a moment where we have the opportunity to make a choice - we can go left or right, forward or backward. As we continue to contemplate the moment we are all experiencing, we decided to go forward, to set a course for evolution and invite others to strategize with us. Our offering of "When We All Thrive" evolved from the decision to go forward, to believe in a better future and a commitment to help create it.

The Black Women's Health Collective is inviting you to join us on November 8, 2025 for

"When We All Thrive: Creating A Vision for Better Health for Black Identifying Women and Girls by 2035"

Black Women's Health Collective (BWHC) is a living, breathing network of Black women who hold space for each other’s healing, advocacy, and joy as a homeplace for sustaining the work of liberation. BWHC is an intergenerational group of women and women-identifying individuals with lived and professional experience in organizing, healthcare, soul care, mental health, integrated care and cultural organizing. We are a community-rooted institution that addresses the chronic and compounded health disparities faced by Black women and girls.

The intention of this gathering is to build and deepen relationships that will allow us to identify and amplify a shared vision for better health outcomes by 2035. We will gather to set an attainable agenda for creating these outcomes. “When We All Thrive" is a beginning and an invitation to commit to this powerful and necessary work together.

Your Black Identifying voice, perspective and brilliance is needed, especially in this moment.
