A half-day workshop for parents who want to reclaim balance, calm, and connection at home

Screens are everywhere — and they are not going away. But when devices start to dominate family life, it is easy to feel disconnected, frustrated, or even powerless. Childhood is short, and lost time with our children is something we can never get back. This half-day workshop helps parents reclaim calm, rebuild meaningful connection, and make the most of their children’s precious years.

What we will explore together:

  • The real drivers behind screen habits — the psychology of digital dependency and the triggers that keep kids (and adults) hooked.
  • The needs screens are replacing — and how to meet them in healthier, more fulfilling ways.
  • How to build realistic, family-friendly strategies that reduce screen dependency without guilt, blame, or constant battles.

Whether you feel screens have completely taken over or you have just noticed your family is drifting apart, this workshop gives you the tools, insights, and encouragement to make positive changes and reclaim connection.

Why it matters:

Better conversations & stronger bonds – Spend more time talking, laughing, and connecting.
A calmer, happier home – Less conflict, more peace.
Confident, social kids – Build more empathy and real-world friendships.
Sharper minds & creative play – Encourage imagination and focus.
Restful nights – Healthier sleep for children and parents.
Active, healthy bodies – Less sitting, more moving. Positive role modelling – Show your children what balance looks like.
Time that matters – Childhood is precious; let’s make the most of it.

👉 Breaking screen habits isn’t about saying no to technology — it’s about saying yes to family, connection, and the moments that truly matter.

What you will take away:

  • Clear, practical tools to help your family unplug
  • A personalised action plan for balance and connection
  • Two weeks of WhatsApp support after the workshop to help you test strategies, troubleshoot challenges, and stay motivated
