- Probate, Trusts, and Estates – Navigating court-confirmed sales, trust authority, small estate affidavits, and Transfer on Death (TOD) Deeds.
- Divorce & Domestic Partnerships – Managing community property issues, interspousal deeds, and court-ordered divisions or sales of property.
- Claims, Liens & Judgments – Addressing mechanic’s liens, court judgments, and writs of attachment that affect title and closing.
