What do I need to bring for class?

Please bring your yoga mat or a towel, a water bottle, and anything else you may need for your practice.

Where will the classes be held? Is the event indoors or outdoors?

The classes will be held indoors, on the 2nd floor in the Montgomery County Recreation building, located on 2425 Reedie Drive. To access the building, please utilize the main entrance situated at the front of the building for entry.

Where can I park my car?

Parking is FREE on Sundays. Parking facilities are conveniently available: MCDOT Parking: 11219 Grandview Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20902. Garage 13: Directly underneath the building. Surface Lot 13: To the rear of the building. Street parking is available on Grandview and Ennalls Ave.
