About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

One of the great powers of the Cricut is how it can be used to create stencils that can help you jump out of vinyl and paper and into other creative media, like painting, fiber arts, printing, and even etching glass. This class will cover what you need to know in order to make detailed stencils from chipboard and vinyl, the technical details of cutting and using one, and how to complete a simple project using your stencil.

We will provide several prepared designs to choose from, and walk you through the complete process of cutting your chosen design on the cricut in order to complete one of two projects: a bleach-dyed fabric bandanna or an etched glass jar.

Children 7+ are welcome with a child ticket and paying adult participant. Youth ages 15+ are welcome to attend solo.
