About this event

What's Next? What the hell am I going to do now?

You're not alone, that's the ultimate question we are all asking ourselves, and it's the same for athletes retiring, entrepreneurs handing over their business for someone else to run, and executives pivoting to entrepreneurship.

We thought we had it all figured out, only to discover that the next chapter is nothing like we expected it to be.

The truth is, most of us don't truly know who we are.

Who are you beyond your career?

For years, your identity has been tied to your job, your achievements, your athletic ability, and your hustle.

When you step away, it can feel like you’re losing a part of yourself, leaving you with a deep sense of uncertainty and fear.

In reality, this is a huge opportunity for deep poweful transformation.

When you finally get a chance to discover the person behind the success.

This journey is about peeling back the layers, exploring your passions, your values, and what truly makes you happy and fulfilled in this next chapter of your life.

Think back to the dreams and hobbies you once had but put aside.

Can you remember what sparks joy and excitement in you?

This is an opportunity to reconnect with your true self, beyond titles and accolades, to redefine what success means to you.

I encourage you to embrace this time to reinvent yourself.

You've evolved, and so have your values. The things that once brought you joy and peace may now be leaving you feeling stuck, confused, and lonely.

Though the transition may be challenging, the other side holds incredible joy and fulfillment.

You have a new legacy awaiting you—one built on authenticity and passion. So, take a moment, reflect, and ask yourself:

Who am I; really? The answer might surprise you.

Remember, your life is just getting started.

What truly matters are the relationships in our lives. Our relationships with…

● our family

● our team

● our community

● most importantly, the relationship with ourselves.

These connections are the foundation of our happiness and fulfillment.

Now is the time to reinvent yourself, with goals that resonate with your current values and purpose. Embrace this opportunity to rediscover your passion and build a life that genuinely reflects who you are today. Remember, it's not just about what you do; it's about why you do it.

Learn to become the leader of yourself first. Then of your family, your team, and your community.

Leading with purpose and integrity starts from within.

Let's reconnect with our passion, strengthen our relationships, and create a future that is both meaningful and fulfilling.

“Marc has helped me transition from a life as a professional athlete to life at home and as a new business owner. He has guided me in how to manage my time better, put different aspects in my life into perspective, and the importance of meditating and journaling. Along with being patient and understanding, Marc also holds me accountable and knows when to push me to challenge myself in order to grow. I feel blessed to have Marc help guide me on my path to be a better husband, father, business owner, and version of myself. “
