Whatcom WRITES- Group Readings

Whatcom WRITES- Group Readings

By Village Books

Overview

Join us at Village Books in Fairhaven for a group reading from this year's Whatcom WRITES Anthology: Family - Found, Formed, and Chosen!

Each year, Whatcom WRITES invites writers of all ages and experience levels to explore a theme inspired by the current Whatcom READS book. Top entries are selected for publication in the Whatcom WRITES anthology. The deadline to submit entries has passed, but you can hear authors from the Whatcom WRITES contest — based on the 2026 book selection, Solito by Javier Zamora — read their work!
