The Ten Mile Grange is excited to invite you to join our professional branch: The Whatcom Landworkers Guild

Are you a landscaper, farmer, gardener, rancher, excavator, or someone whose financial well-being connects to the land? The Whatcom Landworkers Guild is a place to meet others in the trade, share techniques, swap resources, and learn from each other. Everyone who works the land—whether with plants, animals, or machines—is welcome.

Join us at this free public meeting to connect with fellow landworkers and build practical support for the work we all do. If you like what you see, we'll have membership forms available to sign up for our future meetings!

Who Are We?

Mission Statement

Grounded in both traditional practices and current science, The Landworkers Guild connects people who care for the land with the tools and understanding to do so responsibly. We foster a network of skilled professionals dedicated to excellence, integrity, and continual learning.

Through workshops, collaboration, and shared experience, we equip members with the confidence and techniques to thrive as landworkers. We are committed to thoughtful stewardship of soil, water, and habitat and protecting working lands for generations to come. We promote the protection of farmland, preserving greenspace, and strengthening of our local food systems

As part of the broader Grange organization, we share its non-partisan values of cooperation, fairness, and service, while focusing our work on the exchange of knowledge, skill, and practical resources. The Landworkers Guild is committed to cultivating both the land and the people who care for it.
