Let’s be real, interacting with school agers can be tough at times. We know communication is necessary but it can feel tense, overwhelming or mundane. Why does it matter how we talk to children or what we say to them? What is a positive interaction? How can I decrease negative interactions? These are just a few questions this training can help you answer.

Presenter: Traci Herring, Statewide School Age Consultant-Eastern Region
