This 90-minute workshop/conversation is a dedicated space for adult daughters who find themselves silently struggling with their relationship with their mother. If you have ever felt the heaviness of loving your mom while also feeling unseen, criticized, dismissed, or emotionally distant, you are not alone. This space was created for you—the daughter who wants healing, clarity, connection, and the freedom to finally speak her truth without feeling judged or shamed.

This intimate conversation is facilitated by certified life coach TaFwani Michelle, who wants you to have the opportunity to acknowledge and release what you have been holding in. This is the first step to a healthier relationship with your feelings about your mom.
