The Alliance Center has hosted in-person and hybrid events for years. Since the pandemic, we've pivoted to hosting a wide variety of virtual events! Our experienced events team is ready to help you differentiate and elevate your next event online.

In this webinar, we'll cover what to do if things go wrong during your virtual event when using the Zoom platform. Be it a speaker unable to unmute, your slides are being finicky, or an attendee is a distraction, we will talk through some common issues and how to be prepared to handle them. Getting prepared ahead of time as well as knowing what to do if an issue suddenly arises can make all the difference! This session will end with Q&A time so come with all your burning questions about troubleshooting issues when using Zoom!
