About this event

Work in God’s world is for more than simply doing evangelism, being ethical, and stewarding finances — but it’s also not less! Oftentimes, we find that discourse around the concept of faith and work can be reduced to “doing evangelism”, or “making money”, or “working with integrity." But we want to ask instead, “How can we value and grow in the many facets for which God created work?” Once a month over dinner, we’ll gather thoughtful leaders to explore these topics in depth together: Evangelism, Ethics, and Economics. Join us for one or all three!

An Evangelistic Vision for Work

Many of us quake in our boots at the thought of our work being for the purpose of evangelism. But on the flip side, many Christians see the sole reason for having a job as sharing the gospel with our colleagues. So, how are we to think about the intersection of “our work” and “evangelism”? What is our task as working disciples in sharing the gospel? How can we expand our understanding of what evangelism is and what it is not?

Join professionals from various industries to think deeply about these questions and explore answers together. We'll start with dinner and connecting at 6:00 with content at 6:30.
