Join us for The ADHD Executive Functioning Workshop - 3 sessions of collaborative learning and support, where your child can connect with others facing similar challenges and gain an in-depth understanding of executive functioning challenges, plus learn strategies and insights around managing ADHD. Siblings are welcome to attend.

This workshop is for children aged 6-12 and following the success of last year's workshop, we have included lots of interactive activities and practical applications.

Participants will engage in a variety of exercises that aim to reinforce learning and develop essential skills. Workshops will cover topics such as time management, organisation, and self-regulation, while also providing participants with tools to implement in their daily lives.

This is a great opportunity for your child to gain knowledge and skills in a supportive environment. We look forward to welcoming you!

The workshops take place in the Lewisham / Greenwich area from Monday 28th July to Wednesday 30th July, 9.30-10.30am.

They are delivered by Jane, a specialist teacher with more than 20 years experience.

Frequently asked questions

Do I drop my child off, or should I stay for the session?

You are very welcome to stay for the session. The teacher Jane runs the workshops in her garden (weather permitting) and you can either stay at the session, wait inside the house, or drop your child and return after the session. We aim to make it as easy as possible for people to comfortably attend.

How many will be in the workshop?

We keep all workshops small - there won't be any more than 6 children there.

Organized by

I am Jane, a local woman with more than 20 years experience as a qualified teacher (QTS) working with children and young people in South London. I have a passion for education, equality and environment. By environment I mean how our learning environments affect how we are able to thrive in our lives.

I currently teach students from KS1-KS4. I can support transition to secondary school with summer sessions and weekly lessons after school to support study skills.

I specialise in teaching students with additional needs, and I base my approach on child centred practices. I offer well being and emotional regulation sessions for any students who would benefit from this.

I have personal and professional experience of teaching and learning, health issues and equality issues. These are at the forefront of my practice. I work under the name Gentle Learning Support.
