Sevigny Studio PDX is thrilled to present What If Creations, a playful and imaginative showcase featuring the hybrid animal artwork of Portland-based artist Jessie Fox.
Jessie combines her deep love for animals with clever wordplay, creating detailed ballpoint pen illustrations of hybrid creatures that delight the eye and spark the imagination. From fantastical combinations of two totally different animals to witty names that bring them to life, her work is equal parts clever, charming, and whimsical.

What If Creations celebrates the playful spirit of the unexpected. About the Artist
Jessie Fox founded Whatif Creations in 2013 and has been delighting audiences ever since. Her journey began as a counselor for troubled teens, where she used art to connect with her clients. Over time, her sketches of strange and funny hybrid creatures revealed a unique spark that brings smiles, curiosity, and joy to everyone who sees them.
Today, Jessie’s artwork is featured in galleries and gift shops across the country, and she has been a beloved fixture at the Portland Saturday Market for over a decade. With a deep love for animals and a commitment to fun, Jessie continues to create imaginative creatures that captivate art lovers of all ages.
