Collaboration, not competition.

RGA networking meetings are not seat-specific. We believe in building relationships with people that you come to know, like and trust.
Referrals are voluntary. Referrals are based on those relationships and the value you create and share, not required quotas.
No mandatory attendance policy.

We know you’re busy and don’t expect you to attend every meeting.

However, as with any networking, the more consistent you are, the easier it is for people to get to know you.
