Newark Arts invites artists, creatives, and cultural workers to a restorative day of mindfulness, healing, and connection.
In today’s world, artists are often called to pour from an empty cup. This one-day immersive workshop offers space to replenish. Through movement, breathwork, sound healing, conversation, and collective intention-setting, we’ll explore how to center wellness in the creative process and in daily life.
Led by a dynamic lineup of facilitators this experience is designed to address the emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of Newark’s creative community.
What to Expect:
- Interactive sessions in sound healing, breathwork, movement, and mindfulness
- Insightful conversations on anxiety, burnout, and mental clarity
- Intention-mapping to realign creative purpose
- A nourishing community meal and closing ritual
Why It Matters: Burnout and creative blocks are real, but you don’t have to push through alone. Real healing begins when we come together.
