Join us for Wellness Wins, a supportive space designed to help you set, refine, and achieve personal goals. Together, we’ll focus on progress over perfection and celebrate wins along the way.
Each week offers time to reflect, share, and create goals in a safe, encouraging environment. Using the SMART goal framework (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound), you’ll gain practical tools to stay motivated and build consistency. Whether your goals focus on physical health, emotional balance, relationships, creativity, or personal growth, this is your space to stay inspired and supported.
Attend in person or virtually via Zoom. Once you register, you’re all set for the series. You only need to sign up once and can attend as much as you’d like.
