Wellness Wednesday's at MediaCity

Join us for Wellness Wednesdays, your midweek rest with sunrise yoga and monthly fitness classes in our peaceful Hot House space, delivered by The Wellness Hub.

Start your mornings with serenity and strength as you welcome the sunrise with rejuvenating yoga sessions, and on the last Wednesday of each month, enjoy a different energising fitness class.

These sessions are completely FREE and open to all fitness levels (ages 18+).

What: Sunrise Yoga & Monthly Fitness Class
When: Every Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 8:35 AM
Where: Hot House, MediaCity (please see image below for the location on the map)

August Schedule:

• 6th August: Full body yoga stretch
• 13th August: Yoga for neck and shoulder tension
• 20th August: Yoga for stress relief
• 27th August: Pilates

(All levels welcome + beginner-friendly)
