One of our hosts, Our Hub, is an Art & Wellness Community Center that is coming to the South Bay this year. It's their mission to support local art and wellness entrepreneurs under one roof. It'll be a place to unwind and take group wellness/fitness classes or just hang out and create some art.

One of our hosts, Wellness Wheel, is an online platform designed to connect wellness professionals with wellness seekers. It's a place to find individual practitioners, classes, events, and services across the entire wellness space. Check out wellnesswheel.io for more information.

Will we be doing strenuous activity during this event?

Accepted Answer

This event is primarily a networking event, so we will not be doing anything strenuous. Be prepared for some light stretching, breathing, or perhaps guided meditation.

Do I need to wear workout clothes?

Nope. Any light activity (stretching, mindfulness, breathing) will be able to be done in regular clothes!

Can I bring a friend?

Most definitely! The more the merrier. Please just have your friend register so that we know how many people to expect and to ensure we have enough refreshments!

Don't worry. We all know how hard it can be to break out of that comfort zone and meet new people. Our events are very friendly and inclusive. Plus, we'll have some activities planned so you don't have to worry about thinking of questions or topics. We hope you join us!
