About this event
Join Higher Than Health for a deeply restorative afternoon dedicated to Suicide Awareness, Emotional Release, & Community Support. We’ll gather in a safe, open, judgment‑free space to honor our stories, connect through guided conversation, and release what weighs us down—together. Bring a yoga mat!
What to expect:
- Grounding Frequency Music by Londrelle and Fr33sol to set a peaceful tone
- A short presentation and personal reflections on loss, hope, and healing
- Our signature “Circle of Conversations” with guided questions and peer support
- A simple activity to list three go‑to people for tough times
- Memorial Board for affirmations, names, or messages of remembrance
- A Wellness Walk & Biodegradable Balloon Release to symbolize letting go
- A “Talk To Me” video station—record a message to your future self
Whether you choose to remain outdoors under the open sky or return inside to close out our time together, you’ll leave with new connections, fresh coping tools, and a reminder that you are loved, you are seen, and you do not walk this path alone.
