A Free Virtual Panel on Individual and Community Wellness
Hosted by Dr. Sunne-Ryse Smith, Robinson Lynn, and the Momentum Education Team
May 28, 2025 at 7pm ET
The past few years have tested our endurance in unexpected ways — from personal upheavals to global uncertainty. Many of us are navigating transitions in our families, our work, our health, and our relationships. In these moments of disruption, wellness becomes not a luxury, but a lifeline.
This free event is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to take care of ourselves and one another when life gets complicated.
Join us for an evening that offers:
Grounded Tools for Daily Life:
Learn practical techniques to restore balance, manage stress, and reconnect with your personal sense of well-being — no matter what life throws at you.
Community Support and Collective Wisdom:
Rediscover the value of coming together. Whether you’re going through a hard time or simply seeking ways to stay grounded, this is a space to both give and receive.
Building community for your own wellness:
Explore how connection, shared experience, and mutual support can be powerful tools for personal wellness. Learn how community can be part of your wellness practice — not just something you give to others, but something that gives back to you.
Meaningful Dialogue and Connection:
Engage in real conversations with others who are facing similar transitions. You are not alone, and there is power in hearing (and sharing) what’s real.
Key Takeaways:
- Clarity in Uncertainty: Cultivate a grounded presence even when circumstances are beyond your control.
- Tools for Sustainable Wellness: Walk away with practices you can use daily.
- Connection and Belonging: Meet others who are navigating similar questions and transitions.
- Permission to Receive: You do not have to do it all alone.
