Wellness in Bloom is a fun, women-only experience where movement meets mindfulness and community takes center stage. Doors open at 12:00 PM, and you can choose from three sessions throughout the day:

Each class includes 45 minutes of hot Pilates to get your body moving and 15 minutes of guided journaling to help you reset and reflect.
