YES! just bring yourself and an open mind and heart!

Will this be outside?

Yes! if weather permits it, its going to be beautiful!! If it is raining, there is an open air covered space at the collective retreat center we will use. WE CANNOT WAIT TO CONNECT WITH NATURE!

Do I need to have practiced Yoga before or done a Sound Bath?

Nope! Not at all, all levels are welcome and encouraged to join <3 Trust yourself! We cannot wait to have you.
