It allows you to maneuver your mind, feelings and moods with greater agility and confidence. The sky's the limit when you thrive in your relationships and work.

Based on 3 decades of work in mental health and high standards for outcomes, Joanna Hill wrote The Well-Being In You: How 3 Simple Principles Can Help You Tune Into Your Innate Psychological Health and Thrive. Sharing her own personal and professional stories, reflection questions, and a converational style, the book brings out well-being in you while pointing you to all you need to know.

Join us for a snack and a seat at local gem, Higher Ground Yoga and Well-Being Center, and ask the author any questions, as we build community with high levels of well-being!
