What is RFL?'RFL' is the Restoring Family Links program that is a part of the International Services of the Red Cross.

A little background about the Red Cross International Services program: The overall Mission of the International Services program, “Restoring Family Links,” is to reconnect loved ones separated by international conflict, disaster, or migration. Our Restoring Family Links program helps alleviate the emotional, spiritual, and psychological distress of survivors and their families by providing reunification and certification services, along with any information about their missing loved ones. Join this session for more information about this program and our services. This particular event will be focused on our WWII Tracing Service. This is the virtual presentation that will take place.
