What is “inner child healing”?

Inner child healing is a gentle process of reconnecting with the younger part of yourself—the part that may carry unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, or unmet needs. Through guided sessions, we offer compassion, safety, and support to help that part of you feel seen, loved, and integrated.

Do I need to have done any healing or therapy before this?

Not at all. This workshop is open to anyone with a willingness to explore their inner world. Whether you’re brand new to healing or have done inner work before, you’ll be gently guided every step of the way.

What happens in each session?

Accepted Answer

Each week includes hypnotic guided imagery, a mix of guided inner child connection, reflective exercises, and sharing (if you wish). Lifelong healing tools will be taught along the way. The first session is about 1.5 hours; the following sessions are about 1 hour each.

What if I have to miss a session?

All guided imagery sessions are recorded and will be shared with you by email, along with new healing tools taught.

Will I have to talk or share personal things?

Accepted Answer

Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to simply listen and take in what resonates. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where you choose your level of participation.

What tools or materials will I need?

Just a quiet space, a journal, and an open heart. I’ll guide you through practices you can return to again and again—tools to support your healing well beyond the workshop.

Is this like therapy?

This workshop is not a substitute for therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic. It’s a guided self-healing experience, rooted in compassion, presence, and connection. You’re always encouraged to seek additional support if needed.
