All are invited to celebrate the return of the restored fountain and the first early summer blooms of the gardens in this beautiful public space.

Bring your family and friends for an afternoon filled with music, activities and community spirit.

  • Bring your own lawn chairs. Some bench seating is available
  • Live music by local musicians
  • Snacks and refreshments will be available
  • Fun activities for all ages - Syracuse Parks mobile recreation, games, face painting
  • Paint a clay flower pot, fill with soil and add a plant to bring home
  • Plant swap - Bring rooted cuttings of your favorite house plants to share or swap
  • Urban Sketchers Syracuse may be making art during the event!
  • Information tabling by local organizations
  • Off street parking available at 443 N Franklin St. Enter on N. Franklin Street and head north on the Creekwalk or Franklin St sidewalk to the park.

This event is being organized by the Lakefront TNT with funding provided by the Syracuse Citywide TNT organization.

Are children welcome?

Yes, children are definately welcome! We ask that children and youth under 18 be accomponied by a parent or guardian.

If its raining, who should I call to check if the event is on or not?

Call Maren King at 315-569-3528. The rain date is Sunday June 15.

Where can I park?

On-street Parking is available on nearby streets but there is no parking on most streets directly adjacent to the park. Please obey signed regulations. Off street parking is available at 443 N. Franklin St. Enter on N. Franklin and walk around the block to the park.
