Unwind with weekly Yoga Nidra sessions, a perfect reset from stressed and reactive to calm and responsive.

Are you exhausted from living constantly overwhelmed, stressed, with out of control reactions that you've tried everything to change?

You know the pattern: something happens, you react instantly. Snapping at loved ones, spiraling into thinking that feels out of control, lying awake replaying the day... You promise yourself you'll respond differently next time, you have so many tools, but when the moment comes, the same reactions take over.

It's not a willpower problem. It's a nervous system and belief problem.

Your body is stuck in fight-or-flight mode, reacting to limiting beliefs that you hold about yourself, before your conscious mind even has a chance to choose. Yoga Nidra gives you the choice to ground your nervous system and reset your reactions and limiting beliefs with new intentions - training your nervous system to pause, reset, and respond with calm instead of chaos.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided practice that combines somatic relaxation techniques, meditation and intention to reset our limiting beliefs that fuels our reactions AND it's all done lying down. Relaxation poses are gentle, all you need to do is get comfortable, close your eyes, and let my voice guide you into deep relaxation. It's been called "the art of conscious sleep" - a state where your body rests deeply while your mind stays gently aware.

In our weekly sessions, you'll:

  • Release tension stored in your body from years of stress
  • Retrain your nervous system to choose calm over reactivity
  • Break free from the overwhelm-exhaustion-guilt cycle
  • Connect with a supportive community on the same journey
  • Set new intentions for long held beliefs
  • Learn how to identify when a new intention has been fully embodied
  • Sleep better and wake up actually rested

What to expect: Each 60-minute session includes a brief intro, group coaching on the limiting belief of the week, a 30-35 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice, and optional time for questions or sharing. All you need is a quiet space, headphones (optional), blanket and somewhere comfortable to lie down. If you need any additional props to be comfortable please make sure you have those handy.

No experience necessary. Just come as you are.

Sessions are live via zoom every Monday at 11am, 2pm and 4pm EST. Can't make it live? Yoga Nidra (only for privacy) recording access is available to all registered participants

This is for you if:

  • You've tried everything but nothing seems to make real, tangible change.
  • You're tired of feeling overwhelmed, reactive, and exhausted

Investment: $25 per class which includes the live class + a recording of the yoga nidra (not the full class for privacy) so you can continue using it until you fully embody the new intention. Recommended listening is once per day until new intention is set which we'll go over in class.

Belief topics by week:

November 3: I have to do (or am responsible for) everything - > I share in responsibility with others
November 10: If I take a risk, I will be hurt -> I can take calculated risks
November 17th: I can't take care of myself -> I can take care of myself
November 24th: I can't trust myself -> I can trust myself
December 1st: I am (or feel) crazy -> I trust that my mind and body are communicating to me what I need

While these are the outlined beliefs per week, when we chat as a class if there are slight alterations that the group decides is more authentic please know that the slightly altered belief will be the one we proceed with, however, core messaging of the belief will remain the same.

About the Instructor: Kristin Sweeting is a certified Yoga Nidra Instructor, trained in the I Am method of Yoga Nidra. She has personally reset over 100 limiting beliefs through a combination of coaching and Yoga Nidra, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of how these beliefs shape our reactions. Kristin brings a unique, experiential approach to helping others shift the limiting beliefs—the underlying “fuel” behind overwhelmed or out-of-control reactions—that often cause us to act in ways we don’t like, recognize, or see as our true selves.
