Weekly Women's Expressive PArts Work Mixed Media Art Journaling group

The group is paid monthly as a membership (from the time you sign up, you will have access to 4, 2-hour sessions per month) and sessions are recorded in case you miss a week. We share what we have created in a private group online as we continue to work in between sessions.

No art experience is needed to attend this group and participate in expressive art journaling work and art journaling can be done with simple supplies. This is not a therapy group but rather a group where we can explore personal growth and learn expressive art journaling skills and techniques, each going as deep as we'd like.

Each week we will focus on a different topic/prompt using Internal Family Systems parts work, guided visualization or other topics that have come up during our check in as a group. We will uss a layering process in our art journals to create a backround using expression and color, followed by choosing images, then adding lines and color to connect images and add text to create and art journaling spread.
