Headphones on, focus mode activated. Work on weekly planning, budgeting, task organization, or goal-setting. Use this time to break down projects, prioritize tasks, and schedule deadlines.

Wrap-Up & Reset for Next Session


Quick check-in (optional) on what was accomplished. Close out materials and prep for next week’s session.

About this event

This session is for self-starters, goal-getters, and productivity-focused individuals who want dedicated, distraction-free time to plan and execute their week.

We meet for one hour in a quiet, structured environment—no talking, just action. The first 15 minutes can be used for light conversation and settling in, but after that, it’s all about getting things done. Bring your planner, put on your headphones, and get to work.

Is this event in person or online?

This event offers two ways to attend. Choose your preference when selecting your ticket: 1. In Person Location: Allegra Westbrooks Regional Library Room 111 2412 Beatties Ford Rd, Charlotte, NC 28216 2. Online (Virtual) Join us via video call. Camera must be on to help foster accountability.

Who is this event for?

This is for self-motivated individuals who enjoy structure and accountability. If you like working in a quiet, productive environment and prefer planning alongside others without distractions, this is for you.

What should I bring?

Bring whatever you need to plan and organize your week: a planner, notebook, laptop, stickers, highlighters—whatever works best for you.

Will there be instruction or guidance?

No, this is not a guided session. Everyone works on their own plans independently. The first 15 minutes are for light conversation, but after that, we dive into focused work.

Can I listen to music or podcasts while I work?

Yes! Headphones are encouraged so you can create your own productive space.

Is this event free?

There is a free ticket option, as well as a donation-based ticket for those who want to support the event. Donations will go toward snacks and small improvements for future sessions.

Do I have to stay the whole time?

No, but to maintain the focus of the group, we encourage attendees to stay for the full hour.

Will there be food or drinks?

Not at this time, but if donations allow, we may provide light snacks in the future.
