10 minutes to welcome everyone and introduce myself briefly, as well as introducing the starting point to get us going full speed ahead for the next 35 minutes of assistance and growth!
Q&A
This is the time for conversation and questions. If there are a lot of us, we will do breakout rooms. But that is not a given! If we get onto a great conversation that everyone is clearly benefiting from, we will check in and then just keep on with conversation - and sometimes even a quick software training - until the time runs out!
