We gather in a calm, welcoming space, and begin with a short meditation and gentle breathwork.
This helps us land, center, and come fully into the present moment.
From there, I guide you into a journey of sound and deep relaxation, using an array of instruments designed to soothe the nervous system and open the heart.
What instruments are used in the sound bath?
The soundscape includes Tibetan Singing Bowls, the delicate melodies of Koshi Chimes, and many other healing instruments. Each are chosen for their vibrational qualities and their ability to reach you on a cellular level.
I incorporate Isochronic tones, which help guide your brainwaves from a busy, alert Beta state into the more relaxed and creative Theta state. A space often associated with intuition, healing, and deep inner knowing.
Many who attend describe the experience as “ deep” “amazing ” “ relaxing”. Some say they “travel”, floating into different realms, gaining insights, or simply feeling a profound sense of peace. It’s not uncommon for people to emerge from the session with a glow, a smile, or some sort of release.
The vibrational frequencies work not just on the physical body, but also on the energetic and emotional levels, offering a unique form of inner release.
If you’ve never experienced a Sound Bath before, Monday evenings might be the perfect time to try. All you need to bring is yourself. I provide a blanket and mat, so just give yourself the treat.
