Brief, Informal weekly meetings held to coordinate efforts to share the gospel and strengthen new and returning members. The ward mission leader conducts these meetings and the following other individuals are requested to attend:
- Assigned memgers of the Relief society and Elders Quorum Presidencies.
- Ward Missionaries
- An assistant in the priests quorum
- Presidency member of the oldest Young Women class
- Full-Time Missionaries.
Coordination meetings focus on the needs of individuals and covers the following four topics:
1) How to help those being taught by the missionaries.
2) How to help those who were recently baptized.
3) How to help returning members.
4)How to help members find more people to teach.
