Event Details

Ready to experience greater authenticity and connection in your conversations and relationships?

Want to feel more confident about your listening and communicating during conflicts and difficult conversations?

Ready to experience our turbulent world with greater ease and stability?

Then we invite you to study and learn a powerful model called Nonviolent Communication (NVC)!

It is life-changing!

Practicing NVC improves the quality of relationships in many situations (intimate partners, professional settings, parenting, community organizations, political and organizing forums).

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) empowers people to speak and listen from their heart about their needs, which creates a deeper connection in relationships. Learn to experience more peace and fulfillment using the simple techniques of NVC, developed by the late Dr. Marshall Rosenberg.

Join Roberta Wall, Certified NVC Trainer, for a weekend immersion in Raleigh where we'll practice listening and speaking with empathy and compassion. Roberta is trained as a lawyer, mediator, trainer, facilitator, parent, activist, mindfulness practitioner and coach.  Roberta offers her work in service of peaceful transformation of our world, and community and spiritual health and development. Roberta’s website is www.steps2peace.com.

This training is for people with all levels of exposure to NVC, including those brand new to NVC. We will work with real-life examples, based on the participants' specific needs.
